Happy Thanksgiving. We hope you are enjoying your
vacation. We are looking forward to our December Newsletter soon, but
in the meantime, please consider this wonderful community service
opportunity that we have just been alerted of.
From the FRIENDSHIP CIRCLE:
There
is an immediate need for volunteers for the Friendship Circle! A young
father of four was diagnosed with leukemia, and will be in the hospital
in the city for a while. Volunteer are needed to come once a week,
either on a weekday or weekend to help out with the kids, mostly with
the almost four year old twin girls? (The older kids are an 11 year old
girl and a 9 year old boy.) The children are adorable and the family is
a wonderful family. They live near the Hutch in Scarsdale/ New
Rochelle.
Please let us know- this volunteering could begin as early as... today!
